Pan Kingdom Real Estate Launches Al Marsa Project to Develop 472 Residential Units in Sudaym Suburb

The Governor of Jeddah, Prince Saud bin Abdullah bin Jalawi, inaugurated the Al Marsa project in north Jeddah, in the Abhur area within the Sudaym suburb, in the presence of the Deputy Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing, Eng. Abdullah Al-Budair. The project is being developed by Pan Kingdom Real Estate.

In a statement, the company explained that the Al Marsa project will comprise 472 residential villas, forming part of the master plan for the Sudaym suburb, which spans an area exceeding 3.8 million square meters near the Red Sea coast and is designed to accommodate more than 40,000 residents.

Abdulwahab Saleem Al-Harbi, Chief Executive Officer of Pan Kingdom Real Estate, stated that the agreement signed with the National Housing Company (NHC) to develop the Al Marsa project aims to create an integrated residential community featuring green spaces and comprehensive living, healthcare, and educational services. He noted that the project seeks to enhance quality of life and establish a vibrant daily living environment that meets the aspirations of Saudi families.
