Pan Kingdom Real Estate has announced the signing of two agreements with the National Housing Company (NHC) to develop integrated residential communities in the cities of Riyadh and Makkah Al-Mukarramah. The agreements were signed as part of efforts to support Saudi Vision 2030 by providing diverse housing options that meet the aspirations of Saudi families, on the sidelines of Cityscape 2024.The partnership includes the development of the “Jadaya” project in Khuzam Suburb, north of Riyadh. The project aims to establish a fully integrated residential community comprising 620 villas and townhouses, featuring contemporary designs and a variety of amenities tailored to residents’ needs.
The agreement also covers the development of the “Sadeel” project within the Makkah Hills community, east of Makkah. The project consists of 701 villas and townhouses and seeks to offer a premium residential experience in proximity to Al-Masjid Al-Haram, with a strong focus on quality of life and well-being.
