SAPAC signed an agreement with the Future of Knowledge Higher Institute, accredited by the General Organization for Technical and Vocational Training (GOTVT), to implement a specialized training and qualification program targeting 40 Saudi female employees.
The program was designed to enhance professional skills and build workplace competencies, enabling participants to engage more effectively in the Saudi labor market. The initiative forms part of SAPAC’s broader commitment to promoting workforce diversity, inclusion, and the empowerment of women across its operations.
This effort aligns directly with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030, particularly the goal of building a Thriving Economy through human capital development and workforce readiness, as well as fostering a Vibrant Society by supporting women’s empowerment, social inclusion, and equal employment opportunities.
